Notice is herby given that on the 19th October 2011

Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act of 1984 as amended, and of all other enabling powers the effect of which will be the Introduction of “No Waiting at Any Time” restriction on Corporation Street – from a point 31metres south of the southern kerb line of Volta Road to its Junction with Fleming Way, This is to reflect the changes of the new road layout and does not impose any new waiting restriction.

The Order will come into operation on the December 5th 2011 to remain in force until June 5th 2013

A copy of the Order, relevant plans and Statement of Reasons for the proposal may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation The Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions of the said provisional Experimental Order should be continued in force indefinitely within a period of eighteen months from the coming into force of the Order, or if the Order is subsequently varied or modified, from the coming into operation of that variation or modification (whichever is the later), Any person may object to the making of an Order for the purposesof such indefinite continuation, by writing to the undersigned, quoting reference (LM/experimental order no 1/2011) stating the grounds for their objection by no later than June 5th 2012.
