Notice is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to provide the Introduction of a 20 mph Speed Limit on the following lengths of road:

Corporation Street – From the junction with Fleming Way for a distance of 50 metres in a northerly direction.

Fleming Way – From a point 49 metres west of the junction with the west kerbline of Spring Gardens to a point 36 metres east of the east kerbline of Islington Street.

Princes Street – From the junction with Fleming Way for a distance of 43 metres in a southerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order and plan may be inspected at The One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon between 9.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing undersigned, quoting reference (20mph/Whalebridge/lm) by no later than November 14th 2011.
