Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which
will be for the
Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time
Order 1. - Belmont Crescent - East Side from a point 49metres from the eastern junction with Westlecot Road for a distance of approximately 20metres in a southerly direction.
Order 1. - Belmont Crescent West Side from a point 49metres from the eastern junction with Westlecot Road for a distance of approximately 20metres in a southerly direction.
Order 2. - Commonweal Road South Side for the full length
A copy of the draft orders, relevant plans and Statement of Reasons for the proposals may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (LM/TROs Bel/Com) by no later than December 5th 2011.
