THE SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (BILBOROUGH DRIVE AREA, SWINDON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2011 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16 November 2011 Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 84 (1) and (2) of the Road and Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to provide a 20mph speed limit on the entire lengths of the following roads:

Bilborough Drive, New College Drive, Rutland Drive, Welbeck Close, Woodhouse Road, Albany Close, Concord Walk

The Order will be operative as of 21 November 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 16 November 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
