Waiting and Loading Restrictions and parking Places - Various Roads

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 8) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16th November 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, for the ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction as follow:

Bilborough Drive
East Side - From the centre line of its junction for a distance of 40 metres heading into Rutland Road.
From the midpoint of properties no’s 3 and 4 Bilborough Drive for a distance of 17 metres into Rutland Road.
From a point 41.8 metres from the extended kerbline of Rutland Road to No 12 Bilborough Drive for a distance of 72.3 metres approx..
From the midpoint of property No’s 21/22 Bilborough for a distance of 20.7 metres.
From the junction of New College Drive in a north southerly direction for a distance of 20.1 metres.

West Side
From the centre line of its junction with Whitbourne Avenue for a distance of 37.7 metres into Welbeck Close.
From the property boundary of No 1 Welbeck Close for a distance of 19 metres .
From a point 35.7 metres from the extended kerbline with Welbeck Close for a distance of 47.9 metres.

Woodhouse Road
North Side - Adjacent to property No’s 43/44 Woodhouse Road to the junction of New College Drive a distance of 85.1 metres approx.
South Side From property boundary No 46 Woodhouse Road for a distance of 10.5 metres onto Bilborough Drive.

New College Drive
Both Sides For its entire length

The Order will be operative as of 21 November 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 16 November 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
