Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

CLAUDE GEOFFREY RAYER (Deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Claude Geoffrey Rayer late of 60 Kent Road Swindon Wiltshire SN1 3NG, who died on 11th August 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Thomas Peter Hartshorn and Andrew David Gascoigne the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 14th November 2011 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 27th January 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
