Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 21) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, on Harding Street as follow:

Revocation of the Taxi Rank and existing ‘No waiting at Any Time’ on Harding Street from the junction of Holbrook Way to the junction of East Street

Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time as follow

Harding Street North side
From the junction of Holbrook way to the junction of East Street Full length

Harding Street South Side
From the junction of Holbrook Way for a distance of 15 metres.
From a point of approx. 23 metres west of Holbrook Way to the junction of East Street

A copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons for the proposal may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street during opening hours.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/vo21/harding st/2011) by no later than 22 December 2011.
