Revocation of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction, Argyle Street – South side

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 10) Order 2011

Notice is Hereby Given on the 7th December 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the: -

Revocation of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction, Argyle Street – South side

From the eastern property boundary of number 84 Argyle Street for a distance of 22m in an easterly direction From a point 252m east of its junction with Cricklade road for a distance of 18m in an easterly direction(outside properties 86, 92, 94, and 96 Argyle Street) Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restriction Argyle Street – South side From the eastern property boundary of number 84 for a distance of 16m in an easterly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 12th December 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayrequlation.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 7th December 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
