Temporary Closure Order 2011 - Evelyn Street Backway, Swindon
Swindon Borough Cuncil (Evelyn Street Backway) (temporary closure) Order 2011
Notice is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order for temporary closure of the backway to the rear of nos. 1 to 3 Evelyn Street in Swindon to enable developers to construct a new dwelling.
There will be no access via Marlborough Lane but the alternative entrance via Evelyn Street will remain.
The Order will come into force on Monday 16th January 2012 and remain in operation for six months although it is anticipated works will be completed by 16th April 2012.
