Licensing act 2003 - Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby givent hat Soner Dogan has applied to Swindon Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as Hewal Kurdish Community Club, 66 Manchester Road, Swindon, SN1 2AQ for the following licensable activities:

1. Supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises :- from 12:00 to 20:00 on Monday to Sunday (Everyday).

Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the above activities may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices Euclid Street Swindon SN1 2JH by: 02 January 2012.

A copy of the premises application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Licensing Team, Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices Euclid Street Swindon SN1 2JH.

The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, except Bank Holidays. Representations received after this date will not be considered.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
