Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places - Haydon Wick, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 5) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN on the 14 December 2011 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is revoking the existing ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restriction to be re-introduced with the same restriction on the following roads in Haydon Wick as follow: -

Churchfield
East Side From a point 14.5 metres south of the junction with High Street for a distance of 41.6 metres, in a north - north easterly direction onto High Street
West Side From a point of 14.5 metres from the junction of High street for a distance of 30.2 metres in a north - north westerly direction onto High Street

High Street
South Side From the junction of Dewberry Close for a distance of 52 metres in a westerly direction
South Side From the gated entrance of number 6 for a distance of 31 metres in a westerly direction to the centre line of the junction with The Brow
North side From the junction of The Brow to the junction of Blunsdon Road in an easterly direction
North Side From the junction of Blunsdon Road for a distance of 98.6 metres in an easterly direction to the (property boundary of No 55)

The Brow
East Side From the junction of the Brow for a distance of 186 metres in a south, south westerly direction
East Side From a point of 227 metres south - south westerly of the junction of The Brow to the junction of Haydonleigh Drive
West Side From the junction of Haydonleigh Drive for a distance of 146 metres
West Side From a point of 258 metres from the junction of Haydon Leigh Drive for a distance of 23 metres

Blunsdon Road
West side For its entire length from the junction of Thames Avenue to the junction of High Street
East Side From the junction of Thames Ave for a distance of 118 metres
East Side From a point of 143 metres of Thames Ave to the junction of High Street

Severn Ave
Both sides
From the extended kerb line of Thames Ave for a distance of 40 metres.

Paddock Close
Both sides
from the junction with Blunsdon Road (old) for a distance of 25 metres in a westerly direction

Blunsdon Road (Known Locally as Old Blunsdon Road)
North side From a point 20 metres north of Paddock Close for a distance of 49 metres in a southerly direction.
South Side From the extended kerb line of the north side of Paddock Close junction for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction.
South Side From the extended kerb line of the south side of Paddock Close junction for a distance of 27 metres in a southerly direction

All distances are approximate and rounded up to the nearest metre.

The Order will be operative as of 19 December 2011 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 14 December 2011 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
