Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the aforementioned deceased, late of Southdown Nursing Home 17 Church Road Wiltshire SN4 0BZ formerly of 6 Arlington Close Swindon SN3 3NS, who died on 11/11/2011, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before two months and one day from the date of this publication, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to claims and interests of which they have had notice.
