Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 19) Order 2011

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 11 January 2012 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is revoking the ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ on Beech Avenue (north side) from the east side boundary of property No 72 for the distance of 30. 7 metres in a south westerly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 16 January 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 11th January 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
