Application to Vary a Premises Licence - Oriental Aroma, Wootton Bassett

Mr Minh Huynh is applying for the grant to vary a Premises Licence for Oriental Aroma, 50 High Street, Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, SN4 7AQ.

The variation of the Premises Licence, if granted, is to enable the hours to be amended as follows:

  • Recorded Music – Indoors Only Sunday to Saturday 19.00 hrs to 03.00 hrs (currently 19.00 hrs to 02.00 hrs)
  • Anything of a similar description to that falling within Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance - Indoors Only Sunday to Saturday 19.00 hrs to 03.00 hrs (currently 19.00 hrs to 02.00 hrs)
  • Provision of Late Night Refreshment – Indoors Only Sunday to Saturday 19.00 hrs to 03.00 hrs (currently 19.00 hrs to 02.00 hrs)
  • Supply of Alcohol – for consumption both on and off the premises Sunday to Saturday 12.30 hrs to 03.00 hrs (currently 12.30 hrs to 02.00 hrs)

The opening hours of the premises will be Sunday to Saturday 12.30 hrs to 03.00 hrs (currently 12.30 hrs to 03.00 hrs)

Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
