Notice is HEREBY GIVEN on the 18th January 2012 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be for the: -

Introduction of No Waiting at Any Time

Order 1. - Belmont Crescent East Side from a point 49metres from the eastern junction with Westlecot Road for a distance of approximately 20metres in a southerly direction.

Order 1. - Belmont Crescent West Side from a point 49metres from the eastern junction with Westlecot Road for a distance of approximately 20metres in a southerly direction.

Order 2. - Commonweal Road South Side for the full length

The Order will be operative as of 23rd January 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 18th January 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
