Swindon Borough Council - Consultations with national non-domestic Ratepayers

Under Section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 Swindon Council has a duty to consult with representatives of Non-Domestic Ratepayers about its proposals for expenditure. (“Non-Domestic Ratepayers” include not only industrial and commercial undertakings, but also certain educational and/or health care institutions and non-profit making organisations.)

The Council proposes to conduct consultations and anyone wishing to have an input is welcome to contact the Committee and Member Services Section, Law and Democratic Services by fax on 01793 463614, or E-mail to rglen-gallo@swindon.gov.uk or write to them at The Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

Responses by 25th January 2012 would be preferred.
