Introduction of School ‘Keep Clear’ (zig zag) - Swindon Borough Council

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 22) Order 2011

Notice is given Swindon Borough Council made an Order on the 18 January 2012 under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce the following parking restrictions:

Introduction of School ‘Keep Clear’ (zig zag)

Grange Park Way North Side From the entrance of the school for a distance of 76 metres approx.

Grange Park Way South Side From the entrance of the school for a distance of 32 metres From a point 59 metres for a distance of 32 metres approx

Introduction of ‘No Waiting at Any Time’

Sudeley Way Both Sides From Grange Park Way to the southern property boundary of No 8 Grange Park Way for a distance of 49 metres

Grange Park Way North Side From a point 76 metres east of the school entrance to the junction of Hampton Drive. From the junction of Hampton Drive for a distance of 10 metres approx to the start of the bus stop clearway. From the eastern property boundary of No 13 for a distance of approx 87 metres in a easterly direction including the circulatory roundabout.

Hampton Drive Both Sides From the junction of Grange Park Way for a distance of 20 metres in a northerly direction

Mildmay Close West Side From the northern property boundary of No 40 Mildmay Close for a distance of 22 metres in a northern/north westerley direction to join the bus stop clearway on Grange Park Way

Mildmay Close East Side Adjacent to the northern property boundary of No 40 Mildmay Close for a distance of 115 metres in a northern/ north easterly direction to also include the circulatory roundabout

Hay Lane Both sides From the junction of Grange Park Way for a distance of approx 28 metres in a northern direction

The Order will be operative as of 23 January 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 18 January 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
