Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Edward William Henry Trueman late of 145 Penhill Drive Swindon Wiltshire SN2 5DX, who died on 8th October 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 18th January 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 5th April 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
