Premises Licence - Aldi Stores Limited, Swindon

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

Application has been made by Aldi Stores Limited to the Licensing Authority of Swindon Borough Council for a Premises Licence for the Aldi Store at Latham Road, Swindon.

The proposed licensable activity is the sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the premises each day of the week between 08:00 and 23:00.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
