Notice of Modification Order Section 53 Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 Swindon Borough Council

Swindon Borough Definitive Map and Statement Footpath 14 Swindon Modification Order 2012

The above order, made on 22nd February 2012, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding to them the footpath to be known as Footpath 14 Swindon from Tiverton Road at OS grid reference SU415436 186232 to Cricklade Road at OS grid reference SU415482 186330.

A copy of the order and the order map may be seen at the One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 8.30am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays.

Copies of the order and map, costing £15.00, may be purchased there.

Any representation about, or objection to, the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Environment, Regeneration & Community, 3rd Floor Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, not later than 26th March 2012, stating the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order.

If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the order.
