Prezzo Plc has applied to Swindon Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence for the premises to be known as Prezzo, Unit 1, Regents Circus, Victoria Road, Swindon.

The proposed licensable activities are:

The sale of alcohol and late night refreshment (Monday – Saturday 10:00 – 00:00 and Sundays 10:00 – 23:30)

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by The Licensing Office, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH where the application may be viewed.

Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in writing to Head of Licensing, Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH no later than Friday 1st June 2012, specifying the grounds for opposition.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine of the Standard Scale (£5,000).
