Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Alice Geraldine Ponting (Deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Alice Geraldine Ponting late of 1 Austen Crescent Swindon Wiltshire SN3 6JF, who died on 24th March 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Glyn Gordon Ponting and David William Toms the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 2nd November 2011 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 13th July 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
