Estate of John Cacchioli
Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
Any person having a claim against or interest in the Estate of John Antony Cacchioli of Red Lodge Oaksey Road Upper Minety Malmesbury Wiltshire SN16 9PY who died on the 3rd day of November 2011 is required to send particulars thereof to the undermentioned Solicitors on or before the 11th day of July 2012 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which notice has been received.
