Highways Act 1980 Swindon Borough Council Bridleway 13 Wroughton Order 2012 The above order was made on 2 May 2012 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order will be to divert a length of Bridleway 13 in the parish of Wroughton, running from OS grid reference SU41180 18124 via OS grid reference SU41195 18135 to OS grid reference SU41212 18135, on to a line running from OS grid reference SU41180 18124 via OS grid reference SU41196 18130 to OS grid reference SU41212 18135 at Costow Farm, Wroughton.

A copy of the order and the order map may be inspected at The One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 8.30am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays.

Copies of the order and map, costing £15.00, may be purchased there.

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Rights of Way Officer, Swindon Borough Council, Service Delivery, Wat Tyler House West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH not later than 11 June 2012, stating the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any made are withdrawn, Swindon Borough Council may confirm the order as an unopposed order. If the order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation any representations or objections, which have not been withdrawn, will be sent with the order.
