Public Notice of an Application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to East Wiltshire Council for a premises licence under the above Act on the 8th May 2012.

Applicant: Fraser's Retail Ltd. Address of Premises: Fraser's Budgens of Marlborough, Blenheim Road, Marlborough Business Park, Marlborough SN8 4AN.

Proposed licensable activities: The Sale of Alcohol for consumption off the Premises. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Alcohol Sales - Mon - Saturday 06.00 to 23.00 and Sunday 06.30 to 22.30.

The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Browfort, Bath Road, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN10 2AT.

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Manager at the above address within 8 days of the date of this notice - by the 5th lune 2012.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum ?ne on summary oonviction of such an offence of £5000.
