Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Grace Faulkner Milne late of Princess Lodge Care Centre 17 Curie Avenue Okus Road Swindon Wiltshire SN1 4GB previously of 39 Eastcott Hill Swindon Wiltshire SN1 3JD, who died on 13th January 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on 24th May 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 2nd August 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
