Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Jane Dalziel Hamilton late of 55 Marney Road Grange Park Swindon Wiltshire SN5 6AN, who died on 19th November 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Elaine Susan Smart the Executrix of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 21st February 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 10th August 2012 after which date the Executrix will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
