Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Yates's, 49-50 Bridge Street, Swindon SN1 1BL applied to Swindon Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is: 1. To extend all licensable activities until midnight Mondays to Wednesday. 2. To extend all licensable activities until 02:00 hours on Thursdays. 3. To extend all licensable activities to commence from 10:00 hours on Sundays (no change to terminal hour). 4. To extend all licensable activities for one additional hour for certain notable dates (see application for full details).

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Swindon Borough Council, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon SN1 2JG no later than 11 July 2012 stating the grounds for objection.

The register of Swindon Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.swindon.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
