Notice of proposed legislation affecting landowners and occupiers and other interested parties

All landowners and occupiers on or under whose land sections of the Government Pipeline and Storage System or supporting infrastructure was laid, installed or constructed should note that the Government is to introduce legislative changes to allow possible future sale of the system.

All affected parties should now have received a letter sent to them by the Ministry of Defence, including details of the proposed changes and explaining their effect.

Any landowner or occupier who has not received such a letter, or any other person who believes they may be impacted by the legislation should contact the Ministry of Defence at PO Box 7273, Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire LE65 2BY.
