Compulsory Purchase of Land in Deburgh Street, Swindon
Notice is hereby given that the Swindon Borough Council has made the Swindon Borough Council (9 Deburgh Street, Swindon) Compulsory Purchase Order 2012 under section 17 of the Housing Act 1985.
It is about to submit this order to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for confirmation, and if confirmed, the order will authorise Swindon Borough Council to purchase compulsorily the land described below for the purpose of the provision of housing accommodation.
A copy of the order and of the accompanying map may be seen at all reasonable hours at the offices of Swindon Borough Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon SN1 2JH.
Any objection to the order must be made in writing to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, Government Office for the South West, 2 Rivergate, Temple Quay, Bristol BS1 6ED before 20th July 2012 and should state the title of the order, the grounds of objection and the objector’s address and interests in the land.
Description of Land
The terraced dwelling house with garden to the rear situated at and known as number 9 Deburgh Street, Swindon, bounded to the front by Deburgh Street, to the sides by the adjoining terraced properties and to the rear by a vehicular access road.
