On 20 June 2012 Swindon Borough Council confirmed the above order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980.

The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert a length of Bridleway 13 in the parish of Wroughton, running from OS grid reference SU41180 18124 via OS grid reference SU41195 18135 to OS grid reference SU41212 18135, on to a line running from OS grid reference SU41180 18124 via OS grid reference SU41196 18130 to OS grid reference SU41212 18135 at Costow Farm, Wroughton.

A copy of the order and the order map may be inspected at The One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon from 8.30am to 6pm Mondays to Fridays.

The order comes into force on 10 August 2012, but if a person aggrieved by the order wishes to question its validity, or that of any provision contained within it, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the Highways Act 1980, as amended, or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, as amended, or of any regulation made under the Act has not been complied with in relation to the order, that person may, under paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 to the Act as applied by paragraph 5 of Schedule 6 to the Act, within 42 days of the date of this notice make an application to the High Court.
