Swindon Council Licensing Act 2003 Public Notice of Application for a grant of a Premises Licence application has today been made to the Council for the above licence by:

FOR The Sale of Alcohol off the Premises during the following hours: 06.00 to 23.00 Monday to Sunday

Any representations must be submitted in writing to Licensing Department, Swindon Council, Civic Offices, Euclid Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, website: www.swindon.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice.

Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal working hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a level 5 fine on the standard scale.
