Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Joan Olive Wallis (deceased)

Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Joan Olive Wallis late of 3 Goddard Court Cricklade Street Swindon Wiltshire SN1 3LW, who died on 7th December 2011 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the undermentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 24th May 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 28th September 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
