Expressions of Interest Haydonleigh Primary School, Swindon

Expressions of Interest are invited from suitable sized building contractors for the erection of a 2 storey classroom extension, internal alterations/extensions and associate external works including alterations to the entrance to the highway to Haydonleigh School, Swindon.

The anticipated construction start date is late 2012 with invitations for tender being issued late August 2012.

Interested building contractors to include the following:

• Construction Quality Control
• Project Method Statement Resources/programme Project delivery strategy
• Previous relevant experience and performance and Health & Safety record over last 5 years

Expressions of Interest should be sent to: Swindon Borough Council, Property Services, Civic O?ices, Euclid Street, Swindon. SN1 2JH and received no later than noon 13th August 2012.
