Notice of Application of Variation of Premises Licence - McDonalds, Swindon

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Booth Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to Swindon Borough Council on 7th September 2012 for the variation of a premises licence to use the premises at Cockleberry Roundabout, Great Western Way, Swindon, SN2 1 US, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from Mondays to Sundays from 00:00 until 05:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 5th October 2012 stating the grounds for making said representa­tion to the: Swindon Borough Council, Head Of Licensing, 5th Floor Wat Tyler House, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH.

A record of the applica­tion can be inspected at the above address during office hours.

Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made there­under and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to know­ingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5,000.
