Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Audrey Atcherley late of 2 George Gay Gardens Wolsely Avenue Swindon Wiltshire SN3 2JP, who died on 30 May 2012 is required to send particulars of such claim or interest to the under-mentioned Solicitors acting for Andrew David Gascoigne and Thomas Peter Hartshorn the Executors of the said deceased under a Grant of Representation extracted on the 6 September 2012 out of the Oxford District Probate Registry Family Division of the High Court on or before 30 November 2012 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate having regard only to the valid claims or interest of which they would have then had notice.
