The company known as Treves UK Ltd has applied to Swindon Borough Council for a permit to operate a process manufacturing foam backed automotive carpets involving the use of diphenylmethane di-isocyanate, at Unit F Groundwell Industrial Estate, Arkwright Road, Swindon, SN25 5BE.

The application has been placed on the public register held at the offices of Swindon Borough Council, Wat Tyler West, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 1TZ, and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours.

Any written comments on the application should be made to the Environmental Enforcement Manager, Swindon Borough Council at the above address within 28 days (ie by 1 November 2012).

Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done.

If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request.
