Application for Premises Licence

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Booth Restaurants Limited t/a McDonald's has applied to Vale Of White Horse District Council on 16th October 2012 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Majors Road, Watchfield, Swindon, Wiltshire, SN6 8TQ, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 until 05:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her repre­sentation by 13th November 2012 stating thegrounds for making said representation to the:Vale Of White Horse District Council, Licensing Officer, Abbey House, Abingdon, Oxon, 0X14 3]E.

A record of theapplication can be inspected at theabove address during office hours.

Representations must be received by theLicensing Authority by thedate given above.

The Licensing Authority will have regardto any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the preven­tion of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
