Swindon Borough Council (Church Place East and West section, Swindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Driving) Order 2012
21 DAYS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council intend to make an Order under Section 14 and 15 of the Road Traffic Act and Section 6 of the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992 for the temporary suspension of the prohibition on motor vehicles travelling in the westerly direction on Church Place (west and east section) between its junction with Church Place (north/south section) and a point 28 metres west of that junction.
The Order will come into force on 1 December 2012 and will remain in force until such time the suspension is not required.
