NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 21 December 2012 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be a 40 mph speed limit on the following road:

Wanborough Road From a point approximately 25.1 metres north west of the extended kerbline of Burycroft to a point approximately 250.7 metres north west of the extended northern kerbline of the access road to Redlands Airfield (named Stratton Road)

The Order will be operative as of 27 December 2012 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours for 6 weeks after the 21 December 2012.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 21 December 2012 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
