Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No.3) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of  The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is: INTRODUCTION OF 'NO WAITING AT ANY TIME' ON HUNTS HILL, BLUNSDON South-west side, From its junction with High Street to a point 3 metres north-west of the north-western building line of "Rose Villa". North-east side, From a point 6 metres north-west of the north-western building line of No. 36 High Street for a distance of 16 metres in a north-westerly direction.

A Copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 22 January 2013 and online at www.swindon. gov.uk/highwayregulation

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/vo3/blunsdon/2013) by no later than 11 February 2013.
