Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No.6) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Ferndale Road Removal of 'no waiting at any time' restriction on the south side from Property No 257 to No 267 for a length of 27.5 metres. Removal of 'no waiting and loading at any time' restriction on the south side from Property No 241 to No 247 for a length of approx 26.7 metres.

Hunters Grove Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' from a point 9 metres north of its junction with Ferndale Road to its junction with Ferndale Street back street.

Whitby Grove Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on both side from its junction with Cheney Manor Road to it junction with Cheney Manor back street.

Osborne Street Revision of the 'no waiting at any time' restriction at the turning head on the southwest end to 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm'.

A Copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 1 February 2013 and online at www.swindon. gov.uk/highwayregulation.
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/vo6/North Central Locality TRO/2013) by no later than 21 February 2013.
