NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 13 March 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be for the prohibition of motor vehicles on Haydon End Lane from Queen Elizabeth Drive to Torun Way for distance of 388 metres. To provide a vehicle free route for cyclist and pedestrians. Access to Haydon Farm to be maintained.

Shaw Road from the junction with The Chesters for a distance of 65 metres in a north westerly. Statutory exemptions to emergency services and other vehicles used by the Council and utilities to be maintained

The Orders will be operative as of 1 April 2013 and a copy of the sealed Orders and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Orders, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 13 March 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
