Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking - Swindon Borough Council
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 2) Order 2013 and (Variation No. 6) 2013
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20 March 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, as follow;
Coate, Swindon (VO 2) - The introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' along sections of Coate Lane.
Ferndale Road (VO 6) - Removal of 'no waiting at any time' restriction on the south side from Property No 257 to No 267 for a length of 27.5 metres.
Removal of 'no waiting and loading at any time' restriction on the south side from Property No 241 to No 247 for a length of approx 26.7 metres.
Hunters Grove (VO 6) - Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' from a point 9 metres north of its junction with Ferndale Road to its junction with Ferndale Street back street.
Whitby Grove (VO 6) - Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on both side from its junction with Cheney Manor Road to it junction with Cheney Manor back street.
Osborne Street (VO 6) - Revision of the 'no waiting at any time' restriction at the turning head on the southwest end to 'No Waiting Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 6 pm'.
The Order will be operative as of 8 April 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 20 March 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
