NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 27 March 2013 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be for the prohibition of a U-turn from the Princes Street southbound carriageway into the Princes Street northbound Carriageway at the traffic light controlled junction with Gordon Street.

The Order will be operative as of 22 April 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 27 March 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
