Swindon Borough Council (fee paying off-street parking places)
Consolidation Order 2003 Amendment Order No. 2 2013
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be: -
To amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 as follow:
1. To delete and close down Queen Street Short Stay Car Park, Commercial Road Short Stay Car Park, Morley Street Short Stay Car Park and Harding Street Long Stay Car Park.
2. To change the use of the Catherine Street Short stay car park from all classes vehicles to disabled persons vehicles which display a disabled blue badge.
A copy of the draft Order and any relevant documents may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours for 21 days from 24 April 2013.
Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/fee paying/amd no 2/2013) by no later than 14 May 2013.
