NOTICE IS GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be a reduction of the speed limit from 50 mph to 30mph on Tadpole Lane between a point 360 metres west of the west kerbline of Wyld Court and a point 26 metres west of the west kerbline Fawley Close.

This Order is to be proposed as part of the Tadpole Farm development in relation to the access strategy which requires Tadpole Lane to be traffic calmed and the speed limit to be 30mph.

A copy of the relevant documents for the Orders may be inspected at Customer Services, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours or online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation. for 21 days from 26 April 2013.

Objections to the proposed Order stating the grounds of the objection should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/Tadpole Lane/30mph/2013) by no later than 16 May 2013.
