NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 24 April 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order which is to continue on a permanent basis the experimental order (as modified) which has been in operation since November 2011.

The effect of the Order is to impose the restrictions introduced under the experimental order (as modified) along the streets within Zones D and E accordingly:

Ashford Road, Brunswick Street, Cannon Street, Cross Street, Dixon Street, Dover Street, Eastcott Hill, Eastcott Road , Edmund Street , Folkestone Road, Globe Street,  Hythe Road, Kent Road, King John Street, King William Street, Lansdown Road, Maidstone Road, North Street, Pembroke Street, Prospect Hill, Prospect Place, Raggett Street, Rolleston Street, Savernake Street, South Street, Stafford Street, Stanley Street Swindon Road, Union Street, Warwick Road, Wesley Street, Western Street

The Order will be operative as of 1 May 2013.

A copy of the Order and plan showing the extent of each restriction on each of the above streets may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 24 April 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
