Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17 April 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Introduction of 'No waiting at any time'

Bridge Street at the access to the Holiday Express.

The Mall and Okus Road at the accesses to the redeveloped Victoria Hospital site

The Orders will be operative from 29 April 2013 and a copy of the sealed Orders and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 17 April 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
