Waiting and loading Restrictions - Swindon Borough council

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 1 May 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the following modification to the above mentioned Experimental Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the modification is to remove the length of 'no waiting at any time' on the alleyway adjacent to No 32 Newhall Street and the introduction of 'no waiting at any time' across the entry/exit of the alleyway.

A copy of this modification, the experimental Order and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Any person wishing to make representations whether to object or support the modification before it is made permanent, must do so in writing quoting the reference (ZA/Experimental Mod 1/Zones A) specifying the grounds on which they are made, by the revised date of 1 November 2013.

If you wish to question the validity of the modification, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the modification, you may, within 6 weeks from 1 May 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
